Delivery
Drwup OS is a digital product, so there's nothing to ship. After you pay, Razorpay emails your receipt straight away. Your download link and setup guide are emailed automatically to the address you used at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
If nothing arrives within an hour, check your spam folder, then email [email protected] with your payment ID and we'll resend it.
Refunds
Drwup OS is a digital product, delivered straight away and yours to keep, so all sales are final and we don't offer refunds.
If you were charged twice for one order, or money left your account but the payment failed, email us with the payment details and we'll return the extra charge in full. It goes back to your original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.
Setup help
If Drwup OS won't run on your computer, email [email protected] with your payment ID and we'll help you set it up.
Cancellations
Drwup OS is a one-time purchase, so there's no subscription to cancel. Your Claude subscription is managed with Anthropic.
